The Top Ten GLMX Questions!

.) What do you like most about racing? I would have to say that the starts are my favorite part of the race, I am a good starter and I am also almost never tired before I get to the first turn.

.) Tell us how you train for motocross? I start eating less, lite beer and diet pop. Each year I remove my winter clothes from the exercise equipment and plan to use them starting tomorrow, I swear.

.) What bike do you race and what do you like best about it? My blood runs red after growing up around College Bike Shop. I ride a Championship Powersports Honda 450.

.) WhatÕs your favorite race to attend as a fan? I would have to say Loretta LynnÕs. I have been going since 1984 and the racing is always great from the little guys on the 50Õs all the way up to the 50+ Masters. There is so much talent there year after year, it is defiantly a must do event.

.) WhoÕs your all-time favorite racer? Hands down six time world champion Joel Robert, from Belgium. HeÕs fast, pudgy, some attitude and the speed to back it up. Robert had fun doing what he loved to do race his scooter.

.) What is/was your favorite subject in school? I liked history a lot and math before they wanted me to add and multiply letters and numbers.

.) Favorite food? My wife Amy is a great cook and BillÕs Steak House in Bronson, Michigan.

.) Favorite movie? On Any Sunday- the greatest motorcycle movie ever made.

.) What other sports are you into? I watch and cheer on my three boys in what ever, stick and ball sports they are participating in at the time.

.)               What are your racing goals for 2009? To get back in to my size 34 riding pants without having to use a pair of channel locks, top three in both GLMX series and a top 10 at LorettaÕs in the 45+ class.
